Eksistensi Tungku Tigo Sajarangan dalam Pemerintahan Nagari Parambahan Kabupaten Tanah Datar

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis temuan penelitian berupa eksistensi Tungku Tigo Sajarangan dalam Pemerintahan Nagari Parambahan kabupaten Tanah Datar. Penelitian ini berangkat dari fenomena kurang terlihatnya eksistensi Tungku Tigo Sajarangan dalam Pemerintahan Nagari karena kuatnya dominasi Wali Nagari Parambahan serta kurang terlihatnya cheks and balances yang dilakukan aktor Tungku Tigo Sajarangan dalam penyelenggaraan Pemerintahan Nagari. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Adapun informan dalam penelitian ini adalah Wali Nagari Parambahan, Ketua Badan Permusyawaratan Rakyat Nagari (BPRN) Parambahan, Ketua Limbago Nan Salapan, Niniak Mamak, Alim Ulama, Cadiak Pandai, anggota KAN dan masyarakat Nagari Parambahan. Penelitian menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa eksistensi Tungku Tigo Sajarangan belum maksimal, itu terlihat dari belum pernah aktor Tungku Tigo Sajarangan mengusulkan sebuah rancangan peraturan nagari, masih kurangnya keterlibatan langsung Tungku Tigo Sajarangan dalam pengawasan kinerja Wali Nagari, namun dalam penyerapan aspirasi masyarakat telah dilakukan Tungku Tigo Sajarangan dengan cukup baik dengan memanfaatkan modal sosial yang mereka miliki.
