Abstract

Tujuan dari Penelitian ini mengungkapkan hambatan dalam Implementasi Adat Basandi Syarak' Syarak Basandi Kitabullah pada Negeri Painan Timur. Penulis mengunakan pendekatan yang kualitatif menggunakan metode deskriptif.Teknik yg dipakai dalam penelitian yaitu purposive sampling.Pada Teknik pengumpulan data memakai observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, & triagulasi.Dalam penelitian ini penulis memakai Teknik analisis data yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, & penarikan Kesimpulan.Hasil penelitian ini merupakan hambatan Implementasi dalam abs-sbk dicermati menurut beberapa pertarungan yaitu: a) Perkembangan Teknologi, b) Kurangnya nilai-nilai tata cara terhadap modernisasi.
