Penelitian bertujuan guna mengkaji lebih lanjut responsivitas aparatur dalam pengelolaan pengaduan pelayanan publik di Dinass Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Bungo Provinsi Jambi. Penelitian ini menggunakan motode kulitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian adalah di Jl. RM Thaher No 1 ,kantor Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Bungo Provinsi Jambi. Informan ditentuan dengan teknik purpossive sampling. Data di kumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil menunjukan bahwa responsivitas Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Bungo Provinsi Jambi sudah baik ini terlihat dari teori responsivitas oleh Zeithaml yaitu dengan indikator kemampuan merespon masyarakat, kecepatan melayani, ketepatan melayani, kecermatan melayani, dan ketepatan waktu pelayanan serta hasil penilaian sangat baik yang diberikan oleh Inspektorat Kabupaten Bungo.
