Ontologi Sosial dalam Administrasi Publik: Implikasi Terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan Publik

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang bagaimana ontologi sosial dapat digunakan sebagai alat untuk mereformasi administrasi publik, sehingga pelayanan publik menjadi lebih inklusif dan berorientasi pada nilai-nilai sosial yang berkelanjutan. Metode dalam penelitian tersebut menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif-kualitatif yang memungkinkan peneliti menggunakan fenomena secara komprehensif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari berbagai literatur ilmiah, seperti buku, artikel, hasil penelitian terdahulu, serta publikasi akademik lainnya yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ontologi sosial dengan administrasi publik berperan sebagai landasan, penerjemah konteks, dan penerjamah kebijakan untuk memastikan efektivitas pelayanan. Implikasi utama terhadap pelayanan publik bahwa ontologi sosial dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik melalui reformasi institusional, pendidikan birokrat, dan partisipasi masyarakat, sehingga memperkuat legitimasi pemerintah dan kepercayaan publik.
