Penerapan E-Government Melalui SIAKBA Dalam Administrasi Petugas Badan Ad Hoc Persiapan Pemilihan Kepala Daerah 2024 di KPU Kabupaten Sidoarjo

Digitalisasi telah merambah ke berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk pemerintahan, melalui penerapan teknologi informasi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan transparansi. Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) Kabupaten Sidoarjo mengadopsi Sistem Informasi Anggota KPU dan Badan Ad Hoc (SIAKBA) sebagai bagian dari e-government dalam proses rekrutmen dan pengelolaan Badan Ad Hoc. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis penerapan SIAKBA dalam mendukung administrasi petugas Badan Ad Hoc pada persiapan Pemilihan Kepala Daerah (Pilkada) 2024 di Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Dengan menggunakan teori e-government dari Richardus Eko Indrajit, penelitian ini mengevaluasi enam komponen utama: pengembangan konten, peningkatan kompetensi sumber daya manusia, konektivitas infrastruktur, hukum siber, antarmuka masyarakat, dan pola permodalan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa SIAKBA mampu meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi, akurasi data, dan aksesibilitas informasi, meskipun masih terdapat kendala teknis seperti keterbatasan perangkat keras, kompetensi SDM, dan anggaran. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan infrastruktur, pelatihan berkelanjutan, peningkatan keterlibatan masyarakat, dan alokasi dana yang lebih memadai untuk mengoptimalkan implementasi SIAKBA.
