Kendala Implementasi Penjenjangan Kinerja Di Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah Kota Solok

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan Kendala Implementasi Penjenjangan Kinerja di Bappeda Kota Solok yang tertuang dalam Peraturan Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi Nomor 89 Tahun 2021. Penulis menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik yang digunakan untuk menentukan informan ialah dengan purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, studi dokumentasi. Dalam penelitian ini Penulis menggunakan teknik triangulasi dan teknik triangulasi yang dipilih yaitu triangulasi sumber, triangulasi teknik dan triangulasi waktu. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Kendala yang ditemui dalam Implementasi Peraturan Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi Nomor 89 Tahun 2021 tentang Penjenjangan Kinerja di Bappeda Kota Solok dapat dilihat dari beberapa permasalahan yaitu ; a) Keterbatasan jumlah Aparatur Sipil Negara(ASN), b) Kurangnya sosialisasi terkait penjenjangan kinerja,. c) Keterbatasan anggaran.
