Inovasi Sirekap dalam Meningkatkan Partisipasi Politik

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi urgensi dan tantangan dalam implementasi Sistem Informasi Rekapitulasi (Sirekap) dalam pemilihan umum, dengan fokus pada pemilu 2024 di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan Online Research Methodology (ORM) dengan memanfaatkan mesin pencari Google dan perangkat lunak analisis kualitatif Nvivo 12 Plus untuk mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data terkait penggunaan Sirekap dalam pemilihan umum di Indonesia. Temuan utama penelitian ini mengidentifikasi bahwa meskipun Sirekap menawarkan potensi untuk meningkatkan transparansi dan akurasi, implementasinya masih dihadapkan pada sejumlah tantangan, termasuk kecurigaan terhadap integritas data, keterbatasan teknologi, kurangnya pemahaman atau pelatihan, dan akses publik yang terbatas. Penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya mengatasi tantangan-tantangan tersebut melalui pengembangan inovasi dalam Sirekap, peningkatan akses teknologi, pendidikan politik yang lebih luas, dan upaya untuk memastikan bahwa informasi politik tersedia secara merata bagi semua warga. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam memahami peran Sirekap dalam proses pemilihan umum di Indonesia dan menekankan urgensi untuk menjaga transparansi, akurasi, dan partisipasi politik yang inklusif dalam sistem demokratis.
