Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran Kesatuan Pengelolaan Hutan Lindung (KPHL) Pasaman Raya dalam pemberdayaan lebah madu galo-galo pada Kelompok Usaha Perhutanan Sosial (KUPS) di Kabupaten Pasaman. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kesatuan Pengelolaan Hutan Lindung (KPHL) Pasaman Raya yang beralamat di Jl. Tuanku Rao No.4b, Durian Tinggi, Kec. Lubuk Sikaping, Kabupaten Pasaman, Sumatera Barat 26318. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan tipe deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini yaitu data primer dan sekunder. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penyimpulan data. Hasil penelitian menggunakan 3 indikator peran diantaranya peran aktif, peran partisipatif dan peran pasif.
