Perencanaan Tata Guna Lahan Melalui Pemetaan Partisipatif Desa Persiapan Warloka Pesisir

Pemerintah Desa menjadi salah satu ujung tombak dalam pembangunan suatu wilayah. Melalui Undang-Undang (UU) Desa, Pemerintah Desa mempunyai kewenangan dalam mengatur dan menata wilayahnya secara implisit. Namun demikian, pembangunan desa juga perlu memperhatikan aspek ekonomi, sosial, budaya, dan ekologis secara komprehensif guna menjamin kesinambungan dari manfaat hasil-hasil pembangunan di desa. Desa Persiapan Warloka Pesisir, Kecamatan Komodo, Kabupaten Manggarai Barat merupakan salah satu desa yang sedang dalam tahap awal pembangunan mengingat merupakan desa persiapan hasil pemekaran dari Desa Warloka. Dalam konteks inilah maka kebutuhan akan perencanaan sangat penting dilakukan sebagai dasar dalam pembangunan dan penataan wilayahnya dimasa depan. Perencanaan tata guna lahan Desa Persiapan Warloka Pesisir juga dapat dimanfaatkan untuk menggali potensi desa dan sebagai bahan monitoring proses berjalannya pembangunan. Melihat kondisi tersebut, penelitian ini mengkaji sebuah perencanaan untuk tata guna lahan desa dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan Participatory Land Use Planning (PLUP) dimana hasilnya mampu memberikan beberapa pembelajaran dari praktik pendekatan PLUP untuk perencanaan tata guna lahan desa yang lebih baik
