E-Government di Indonesia: Sebuah Analisis Bibliometrik dan Dampaknya pada Pengembangan Kajian Administrasi Publik

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi perkembangan dan dampak implementasi e-government di Indonesia melalui analisis bibliometrik, dengan fokus pada pengembangan kajian administrasi publik. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan analisis bibliometrik dengan fokus pada evaluasi literatur terkait e-government di Indonesia. Pencarian dilakukan di database Scopus dengan kata kunci "E-government" dan "Indonesia", menghasilkan 93 dokumen relevan. Data tersebut diproses menggunakan alat analisis Vosviewer untuk pemetaan tren penelitian dan hubungan antar topik. Temuan studi ini menemukan bahwa penelitian terkait e-government di Indonesia menunjukkan evolusi signifikan dan meningkatnya minat dalam memperkuat infrastruktur dan layanan publik digital. Faktor kunci dalam implementasi e-government mencakup kepemimpinan politik yang kuat dan penyesuaian dengan harapan masyarakat, sementara fokus pada tema implementasi e-government dan website pemerintah tetap penting untuk penelitian mendatang guna memahami tantangan dan strategi yang lebih efektif. Oleh karena itu, penelitian lanjutan di bidang ini diharapkan tidak hanya akan memperkuat pemahaman tentang implementasi e-government dan pelayanan publik di Indonesia, tetapi juga akan memberikan landasan yang kokoh bagi pengembangan kajian administrasi publik yang lebih holistik dan berkelanjutan ke depannya.
