Kepemimpinan Perempuan dalam Kebijakan Fiskal: Studi Sri Mulyani Indrawati dalam Perspektif WID, WAD, dan GAD

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kepemimpinan Sri Mulyani Indrawati dalam kebijakan fiskal Indonesia melalui perspektif Women in Development (WID), Women and Development (WAD), dan Gender and Development (GAD). Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus dan data sekunder melalui studi dokumentasi serta penelusuran pustaka. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan model Miles, Huberman, dan Saldana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan Sri Mulyani mencerminkan meningkatnya partisipasi perempuan dalam pengambilan keputusan negara. Perspektif WID menunjukkan keberhasilan perempuan memasuki ruang kebijakan strategis, perspektif WAD menyoroti kontribusi kebijakan fiskal terhadap pemberdayaan ekonomi perempuan, sedangkan perspektif GAD menunjukkan upaya pembangunan responsif gender melalui gender responsive budgeting meskipun masih menghadapi hambatan struktural. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa representasi perempuan dalam posisi strategis penting bagi pembangunan inklusif, namun belum cukup menciptakan kesetaraan gender substantif tanpa perubahan struktur kebijakan dan relasi kekuasaan.
