Peran Jaga Warga "Sebo Manggolo" dalam Pengelolaan Keamanan di Dusun Tegalyoso, Kalurahan Banyuraden, Kapanewon Gamping, Sleman

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi bentuk partisipasi warga, faktor pendukung dan penghambat serta dampak program Jaga Warga “Sebo Manggolo” terhadap kondisi keamanan di Dusun Tegalyoso, Kalurahan Banyuraden, Kapanewon Gamping, Kabupaten Sleman. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi partisipatif, dokumentasi dan wawancara mendalam terhadap tokoh masyarakat, aparat kewilayahan dan warga. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi warga dalam program Jaga Warga meliputi kegiatan ronda malam, forum musyawarah, kerja bakti dan mediasi konflik. Program ini berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran kolektif tentang pentingnya keamanan, memperkuat solidaritas sosial serta menciptakan mekanisme deteksi dini terhadap gangguan keamanan. Faktor pendukung utama meliputi kepemimpinan lokal yang inklusif, budaya gotong royong serta dukungan regulatif dari pemerintah kalurahan. Namun demikian, efektivitas program masih terkendala oleh minimnya pelatihan keamanan, keterbatasan alat komunikasi serta koordinasi yang belum optimal dengan aparat keamanan formal. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa keberhasilan pengelolaan keamanan berbasis komunitas sangat bergantung pada partisipasi aktif warga, struktur organisasi yang terdefinisi dengan baik serta dukungan lintas sektor dalam memperkuat kolaborasi antara masyarakat dan institusi formal.
