Upaya Koordinasi Satu Data Indonesia (SDI) di Kota Padang

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana upaya koordinasi Satu Data Indonesia (SDI) di Kota Padang dan faktor apa saja yang menyebabkan lemahnya koordinasi dalam pelaksanaan Satu Data Indonesia (SDI) di Kota Padang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui wawancara dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa upaya koordinasi SDI di Kota Padang menghadapi beberapa tantangan mendasar, antara lain kurangnya sumber daya manusia yang kompeten, rendahnya komitmen pegawai terhadap pentingnya data, dan keterbatasan anggaran. Tantangan-tantangan tersebut memerlukan solusi yang terintegrasi, yaitu penambahan sumber daya manusia, regulasi yang kuat, dan alokasi anggaran yang memadai, untuk mencapai tata kelola data yang akurat dan terintegrasi. Integrasi ketiga unsur tersebut diharapkan dapat meningkatkan koordinasi dan efektivitas pelaksanaan SDI di Kota Padang.
