Pengaruh Penilaian Kinerja dan Integritas Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai di Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kabupaten Kampar

Tujuan penelitian untuk membuktikan apakah penilaian kinerja dan integritasmempengaruhi produktivitas kerja pegawai di Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kabupaten Kampar. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif asosiatif.Penentuan sampel dengan rumus slovin dan margin kesalahan 8% sehingga diperoleh sampel 65 responden.Penelitian ini dengan membagikan kuesioner skala likert.Kemudian menganalisis data dengan uji hipotesis klasik dan regresi berganda.Hasil penelitian membuktikan penilaian kinerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai.Integritas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai.Penilaian kinerja dan integritas secara bersamaan memberikan kontribusi sebesar 55,8% terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai.
