Perbandingan Reformasi Birokrasi dan Kinerja Pelayanan Publik di Indonesia dan Singapura

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan membandingkan reformasi birokrasi serta kinerja pelayanan publik di Indonesia dan Singapura. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik studi literatur terhadap 15 sumber referensi ilmiah yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa reformasi birokrasi memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja pelayanan publik melalui penguatan manajemen kinerja, penerapan prinsip good governance, serta transformasi digital. Singapura menunjukkan keunggulan dalam hal efisiensi, transparansi, dan pemanfaatan teknologi dalam pelayanan publik, yang didukung oleh sistem digital governance yang terintegrasi. Sementara itu, Indonesia masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan, seperti keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, belum optimalnya integrasi teknologi, serta implementasi reformasi yang belum merata. Namun demikian, Indonesia menunjukkan perkembangan yang positif dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa keberhasilan reformasi birokrasi sangat ditentukan oleh integrasi antara manajemen kinerja, good governance, dan transformasi digital.
