Collaborative Governance dalam Pengelolaan dan Pengembangan Pariwisata di Kampung Sanan Kota Malang

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan collaborative governance dalam pengelolaan dan pengembangan pariwisata di Kampung Sanan, Kota Malang. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan model Collaborative Governance dari Ansell dan Gash yang mencakup starting conditions, institutional design, facilitative leadership, dan collaborative process. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan Kampung Sanan melibatkan berbagai aktor, seperti pemerintah, pelaku UMKM, masyarakat, koperasi, perguruan tinggi, dan sektor swasta. Kolaborasi tersebut diwujudkan melalui pelatihan, pendampingan usaha, inovasi produk, akses permodalan, serta pengembangan pemasaran digital yang berdampak pada peningkatan daya saing UMKM dan ekonomi lokal. Namun, masih terdapat beberapa kendala, seperti keterbatasan anggaran, ketimpangan kapasitas pelaku usaha, dan koordinasi yang belum optimal. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penguatan mekanisme kolaborasi dan koordinasi antaraktor untuk mendukung keberlanjutan pengembangan Kampung Sanan sebagai destinasi wisata industri unggulan.
